Music entrepreneur, and recording artist William Dunst has officially relaunched his label, Dunst Records, as an imprint of Sony Music Entertainment, with global distribution provided by The Orchard.
Originally established in 2021, Dunst Records began as an independent label launched in partnership with Daydream Records. Over two years, it served as a platform for bold, emerging talent and genre-defying music. Following the conclusion of that partnership in 2023, Dunst took full creative control and began reshaping the label’s future.
Now, as an official Sony Music imprint, Dunst Records enters a powerful new era — combining major-label backing with a strong artistic vision. The label focuses on developing and elevating talent in pop, R&B, and hip-hop, offering a full-service approach that includes creative direction, branding, and strategic release planning.
