Nordstrom, Inc. (NYSE: JWN), the fashion retailer based in Seattle, has unveiled its plans to launch a new Nordstrom Rack store in Nashua, New Hampshire, set to open in the spring of 2025.
“We look forward to being a part of the Nashua community and serving our customers with an amazing offering of great brands at great prices,” said Gemma Lionello, President of Nordstrom Rack. “We’re excited to grow our footprint in the New England market and introduce new customers to the Nordstrom experience.”
Lionello added that in this location, “customers will be able to take advantage of our convenient services such as online order pick up from both Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com, and they can make returns easily.”
The 30,000-square-foot store will be situated in the Royal Ridge Center, a well-frequented shopping destination featuring brands such as Marshalls, Sierra Trading Post, HomeGoods, PetSmart, The Paper Store, and more. Managed and leased by Wilder, a prominent retail real estate firm based in Boston, Royal Ridge Center is perfectly positioned within the busiest commercial corridor of southern New Hampshire, just minutes away from Route 3.

At Nordstrom Rack, shoppers can enjoy discounts of up to 70% on stylish apparel, accessories, beauty products, home décor, and shoes from many top brands found at Nordstrom stores. The store also offers essential services such as online order pickup from Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com, hassle-free returns, and available alterations at select locations. Notably, Nordstrom Rack has become the leading source of new customers for Nordstrom.
