Garmin’s MARQ Carbon collection showcases their passion for elegant design by introducing a uniquely engineered material to the industry: Fused Carbon Fiber. Each timepiece has a 46mm watch case and bezel inlay made from 130 layers of Fused Carbon Fiber, making it the lightest in the MARQ collection. To create the watch body, each layer of carbon is rotated to a distinct angle to bolster the initial block’s strength. The block then undergoes a combination of heat and pressure to align with the watch housing’s shape. After hours of machining with precision diamond cutting tools, the surface features a stunning spiral design pattern that is both robust and lightweight.
The MARQ Carbon collection blends luxury with performance, using premium bracelets and straps made from perforated FKM leather, jacquard-weave nylon, or silicone, that are thoughtfully designed with each user in mind. With up to 16 days of battery life, each new tool watch can support users through their toughest adventures. And when it’s time to recharge the watch, an intuitive magnetic charger can restore the battery to 100% within an hour.
