A new luxury townhouse inspired by the fictional Gotham City billionaire Bruce Wayne has opened in downtown Manhattan, New York. The townhouse features a world-class exhibition of carefully selected luxury and tech products that reflect the lifestyle of Batman’s civilian persona. This exclusive “Wayne Enterprises Experience” event is hosted by Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products and Relevance International and can only be visited by invitation.
The seven-story townhouse showcases products from the personal mobility, fashion, technology, and jewelry industries. Among the exhibited items are four specially designed versions of the all-electric Battista and B95 hyper Barchetta cars, named ‘Gotham’ and ‘Dark Knight’ variants. This special experience has been created to mark 85 years of the Batman franchise, with every aspect being inspired by Bruce Wayne. During their tours, guests are hosted by other Gotham City residents, such as Alfred Pennyworth and Lucious Fox.

Automobili Pininfarina has introduced two exclusive versions of their B95 hyper Barchetta and Battista hyper GT, named ‘Gotham’ and ‘Dark Knight’. Each version boasts unique and never-before-seen specifications. All four cars are powered by a high-capacity 120kWh lithium-ion battery and four motors, which collectively generate 1,900hp. This power enables each pure-electric model to accelerate from 0-100km/h (0-62mph) in less than two seconds, making them faster than current Formula 1 cars.
These meticulously designed models have been created by the Automobili Pininfarina engineering and design teams in Cambiano, Italy. They include all-new Wayne Enterprises-inspired design features and technology. For instance, navigation instructions are voiced by the Wayne family butler Alfred Pennyworth, and the infotainment system displays a customized welcome sequence with the Wayne Enterprises logo.
All four designs reflect Wayne Enterprises’ pursuit of innovation and Bruce Wayne’s personality. The Battista models feature new performance-enhancing specifications to improve aerodynamic efficiencies, such as tailgate shark fins and louver-style openings in the front and rear carbon fiber wings.
To reflect Automobili Pininfarina’s ‘Dream Cars, Made Real’ philosophy, the cabin on the Battista models now includes panoramic glass roofs for both the driver and passenger, as well as bespoke ambient lighting. All models display unique Wayne Enterprises logos on the exterior and interior, as well as aluminium chassis and door plates inspired by Bruce Wayne.
Gotham specification details
The Gotham design aims to reflect Bruce Wayne’s more refined, civilian side. Both the B95 and Battista models are upholstered in distinctive tan leather with bespoke quilting in the center panels.
The Gotham Battista’s bodywork is finished in a striking Argento Vittorio gloss paint, complemented by the Nero Torino Goccia gloss roof. The brand’s iconic ‘F’ logo is backlit and made of brushed and polished anodized aluminum. The 20-inch front and 21-inch rear alloy wheels are finished with a Prezioso Evoluzione gloss black face and matt black channel rim.
The wheels on the Gotham B95 closely match those of the Gotham Battista, except they feature a combination of matt black inner and gloss black outer ring, with Titan calipers and a brushed aluminum anodized black rim center lock ring.
Dark Knight specification details
In contrast, the Dark Knight design reflects Bruce Wayne’s use of technology to maintain an edge in his fight against Gotham City’s criminal underworld. These vehicles feature black Alcantara and black leather upholstery, with a unique black and gold duo-tone contrast stitch.
The Dark Knight Battista’s bodywork is finished in Nero Profondo gloss paint, and the roof is Nero Torino Goccia. Glorioso ceramic-polished rims complete the look. The Dark Knight B95’s exterior matches that of the Battista, and it also features ceramic-polished rims.
