He has worked with stakeholders at all levels, including contractors, management consultants, VPs, and EVPs, as well as UI/UX experts, data engineers, and data scientists as part of development teams in Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall methodologies. Alex received training from consultants and directors from Big 4 firms and MBB while becoming certified through internal courses at Shell.
As a tech professional, Alex managed the development of various features for digital accelerator projects, from the ideation phase to mass production, delivering solutions to over 1,000 users at Shell and generating over $20 million in annual savings. He has expertise in user research, design sprints, persona mapping, user journey creation, and prototyping, forming solid UX experience and design thinking capabilities.
In March 2020, Alex joined the software development company Endava as a Senior Delivery Manager, leading SAFe teams to deliver innovative solutions for Europe’s and the Middle East’s largest fintechs. He later joined the Dubai-based fintech Swif as the CPO and Advisor on the founders’ team, before becoming the Head of Product at Pyypl.
