Non-custodial staking provider Valid Blocks joins the Cudos validator network, providing crypto holders with services that help them increase their cryptocurrency assets.
“We are always on the lookout for new validation opportunities. The blockchain space is still in its very early stages, and we are here to help Cudo make the most of their crypto assets, by running validation services for big and SMALL investors.”Adrian Bunganzan, ValidBlocks.com.
The validator journey started back in 2018 for Cudo, with the Game of Stakes (GoS) competition that tested the security of Cosmos’ Byzantine-Fault-Tolerance (BFT) based on a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus algorithm. Over the course of more than two months, we have learned that our previous experience in software and hardware is a precious ally in the blockchain validation world.
As private investors in the Elrond Network, we have always had a close connection with the team. The constantly increasing development pace was truly inspiring. After setting up the very first community for Elrond Validators (on RIOT), we have been an active part of each release, with high results in the Battle of Nodes events. The successful mainnet launch in July 2020 was a huge milestone for us, as it marked the beginning of Valid Blocks as an official staking provider.
In parallel, Cudo has explored other blockchain projects like Solana, as early as Tour-de-Sol2 (February 2020) and ended up validating on Solana Mainnet.
“Our mission was always to create an ecosystem for everyone to be able to benefit from. The Cudos network is empowering just that, by connecting communities who consequently start supporting and marketing the network’s growth towards their own audience. It’s a privilege to work in this space and to collaborate with companies like Valid Blocks as they become an extension of our team and a key part within the ecosystem.” Pete Hill, VP of Sales at Cudos.
