By the closure of the third edition of the Festival Arte Andante, on December 4th, there were no more presents to give away at the main plaza of San Antonio de Prado, Colombia. Some kids remained lingering, kicking their new soccer balls in front of the parish church. Throughout the two days prior to that Sunday evening, members of the team of Artistic Initiative Agency, an Atlanta-based online branding company, handled one by one toy cars, dolls, board games, and numerous other gifts for the kids of this community located south of the city of Medellin.
By then, it was almost 8:00 p.m., and the last of the tissue-paper-wrapped gifts were given, marking the end of the Second Annual Artistic Initiative HOPE Project Gift Drive.
For a second consecutive year, Artistic Initiative Agency organized a Christmas gift drive for kids in vulnerable communities in Medellin, Colombia. On this opportunity, this online marketing company hosted its annual gift drive as part of the third edition of Festival Arte Andante, a three-day festival conducted by Corporación Legados, a local NGO that runs art schools throughout San Antonio de Prado, a district located in the southwestern end of Medellin.
Over the past two years, Artistic Initiative Agency has built strong ties with Colombia. This agency, which is the leading expert in social media marketing for law firms in America, assembled an entire division of talented video editors, graphic designers, and writers in this South American nation. Artistic Initiative’s Colombian team has played a critical role in the company’s growth, helping it become one of the fastest-growing social media marketing agencies in the U.S.
Through the Artistic Initiative foundation, the Artistic Initiative HOPE Project, this agency decided to give back to Colombia during this 2022 Christmas.
“I cannot express how thankful I am for the support of our team in Colombia,” said the founder of Artistic Initiative Agency in a statement after the gift drive. “They took the time to put together this gift drive, and we brought joy to many kids and families in this country that is so closely tied to Artistic Initiative.”
For the 2022 Artistic Initiative HOPE Project Gift Drive, the founder tripled the number of toys the agency had donated the previous year.
The Artistic Initiative Colombian team worked in cooperation with Corporación Legados to handle hundreds of presents to kids in areas touched by this year’s flooding season in Colombia, which hit the country’s Andean region particularly harshly. Throughout the Festival Arte Andante, the kids of these affected areas enjoyed three magical days filled with music, circus acts, and toys.
The founder does not hide his immense happiness for the success of the Second Artistic Initiative HOPE Project Gift Drive.
One year ago, Artistic Initiative established the Artistic Initiative HOPE Project to spread happiness, create opportunities for growth for the most vulnerable, promote peace in communities hit by violence, and help educate the next generation of artists and creatives.
As Artistic Initiative Agency continues to grow, the founder is committed to supporting more NGOs like Corporación Legados and expanding the company’s social mission throughout Latin America.
“We have expanded tremendously over the past years, and we are fortunate to be in a position where we can give back,” concluded the founder. “We want to expand our gift drive and impact more people’s lives each year.”
