The 2023 RealTrends + Tom Ferry The Thousand rankings have just been released and RE/MAX® has once again come out on top. They have the highest number of top-producing real estate agents and teams out of all brands, with a total of 142 qualifiers. This includes 68 teams and 74 individuals, who were ranked based on their transaction sides and sales volume in 2022. This marks the eighth time in the past decade that RE/MAX has claimed the most spots in “The Thousand.”

The Thousand rankings provide a thorough assessment of real estate professionals and teams based on their productivity and transaction volume. Out of the 502 participants who closed the most residential transaction sides last year, over a quarter were RE/MAX agents. For 10 years in a row, RE/MAX agents have maintained the highest number of rankings for transaction sides. This achievement has been highlighted in The Wall Street Journal. The annual RealTrends + Tom Ferry “The Thousand” list ranks agents and teams based on sales volume in five categories: individual producers, small teams, medium teams, large teams, and mega teams.
