Samantha Jones is the founding director of Ms Monaco Hair Society. As a young adult, Jones was a purser for one of the UK’s leading airlines with responsibility for delivering premium service in first-class cabins and managing a team. But when she trained as a hairstylist, she found a big gap in the industry, a lack of care and attention to detail. So, Jones arrived to integrate Ms Monaco Hair Society as the pinnacle of her career. Previously, the owner of salons in the UK and now Australia, she learns more from each one. In addition, Jones happily says, “In Oct. 2022 we will be moving to brand-new premises – my dream space, four years after opening”.
