Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has named Erin McDonald as the new managing broker of the company’s Bonita Springs, Sanibel and Captiva sales galleries. She succeeds Chris Maccarone, who has served in the role since 2017 until announcing her retirement last month.
An experienced leader with two decades of success in the real estate industry, Erin has extensive sales, marketing and leadership experience, most recently serving as managing broker for LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s Cherry Creek office in Denver. A native of Philadelphia, she sold resort properties in the Colorado Rocky Mountains for 10+ years before her passion for helping others grow in business ultimately drew her from sales to leadership.
“I am delighted that Erin is taking on this role in one of our most dynamic markets,” said Budge Huskey, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s president and chief executive officer. “Her expert knowledge of our global brand and track record of success will be an asset to our company. I am confident that she will continue Chris’ legacy of providing elevated service in a positive environment that supports customers and sales associates.”
“Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has a stellar reputation in the industry,” said Erin. “I am truly honored and excited to join this team and am looking forward to working with an incredibly talented group of sales associates. On a personal note, after traveling extensively to Southwest Florida for many years, I am thrilled to make this coastal paradise my home.”
